Use of the Site

CardWording is a free tool that helps people find card messages for personal use. You may use the site to browse, filter, copy, and adapt messages for your own personal, non-commercial greeting cards.

You may not use CardWording to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our message library in bulk
• Build competing products using our content without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage the site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to access the site in ways that impose unreasonable load

Intellectual Property

All original card messages, UI design, and content on CardWording are the intellectual property of CardWording. You may copy individual messages for personal use in greeting cards, but the message library as a whole may not be reproduced or redistributed without written permission.

The "Build Your Own" composer outputs messages based on your inputs. Messages you generate using that tool are yours to use freely.

No Warranties

CardWording is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any specific message will be appropriate for your situation. Use your own judgment when selecting and using card messages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardWording and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any card messages you choose to use. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site is limited to zero dollars, as the service is provided free of charge.
